我现在还是F1, OPT 今年3月开始，到明年3约结束，已经开始工作了。我想今年9月回
国一次，F1签证过期，到时候要回国签证。
现在有几个选择：
1. 现在申请H1B，然后夏天就能批准，然后9月回国，申请H1B签证，
请问这样可以吗？风险大吗？H1B是10/1生效吧？看到有人说必须H1B生效前一个月进入
美国，我9月底回美国应该可以吧？
2. 不申请H1B,9月回国还是签F1
请问如果这样的话，我什么时候申请H1B比较好？看到有人说如果申了h1B就不好返签了
。但是我明年3月OPT就结束了，什么时候申H1B呢？
考古了一晚上，还是很多不明白，谢谢

19000是预计可能分给９月的名额，欢呼吧。但是他说了，这几个月每个月CIS都额外多

Since yesterday there were rumors that Apple has cancelled the release of
White iPhone 4 and today Apple has quietly removed all references to White
iPhone 4 from its online store and website. Earlier, the website displayed
an option for the white iPhone 4 with a text “White iPhone currently
unavailable for pre-order or in-store pickup”. Now it is completely removed
. On Tuesday, the company’s spokesperson had stated that White iPhone 4
models are delayed until next spring, but now it seems providing no hints

同学们不要光看着EB3I多分了名额，也要看着EB2C current以后大家可以有AP EAD换工

It does not matter how many news cases can be submitted in August because
there is not enough time to approve these cases in two months.
I think China and India EB2 will get at least 10k from 19k.
I think 2k-3k will be wasted.

Sorry, forgot the number in the inventory. But again, there is no logic that
the Aug VB that was determined just two days ago was so conservative while
we are told today that there are way too many visa numbers to waste for this
FY. It's unbelievable.

19k visas total
currently we have 10.5k demand, after August we will reduce it by 2.5k
totally we will have 8k demand left in September
At the same time, Mr.O will use 1-2k on EB3.
Also EB2 ROW and EB1 will use 5k-10k from now to September. I seriously
doubt EB2 ROW and EB1 can reach 5k, but I use this range to be conservative.
maximum waste: 19k-8k-5k-1k=5k
minimum waste: 19k-8k-10k-1k=0
medium waste: 2500

One possible explanation:
Mr.O knows that a case can not consume a visa number even he allows folks to
submit 485 in August, so he tried to move the VB at a small step. In
September he will use the 19k number as an excuse to open the gate in a
bigger step.
Look, even Mr.O allows people to submit 485 in August, it does not make any
difference to this year's quota because they cannot approve it anyway.
Instead he saved more quota for the next big move.

不是EB3I超多么，升级以后应该也比EB3C多吧。不算了，排期这东西就不是能讲理的，
还是那句：大家捐钱支持官司，继续告他们。

留这么多,别的类别最多就9000,剩下10000给EB2IC, O想9月EB2都C啊.
最无耻就是SO都流入EB3I了,EB3I估计要前进大半年了.

9月VB放C可能性比较小
大幅度前进到2008年收新485倒是颇有可能

说句实话，我不太明白经历了上个月VB，为什么很多人还这么乐观。比如老印CP多少
只有奥心里还有点底，随便多出２０００，１９０００就得少两千，USCIS一个月能批
６０００，也能批１００００其他国家的量，太不确定了。担心名额浪费是不必要的
，乐观许多剩余名额是可以，但不太低调。
