工资一样，任我选择。不知道哪个title对将来的发展好一些？多谢。补充一句，没有
答应sponsor绿卡。

我没用过，但用过其他的，一般这种网站都是可以看到scroe的，但一般都是免费使用
一段时间几天到一个月，然后就开始charge，看完后cancel就可以了，虽然不太厚道。
但还是要仔细看小字。

Usually postdoc is not employee (trainee instead), and you don't get the
same benefits (as formal employees do). Benefits: retirement, health, etc.
You may inquire HR about it.

I had the same situation two months ago.
I chose research associate
research associate is considered as formal staff, benefits such as 401k and
insurance are much better. Also, my university does not sponsor green card
application for postdoc no matter how long you stay.
