不知板上有人知道在WES（world education sevices) 作"course by course
credential check "的材料准备否？国内大学出具的中英文成绩单和学位证是否足够？
另外，如果中英文成绩单没有装在加盖公章的信封里是否可行？谢谢!

If you want to do WES, first you have to send your materials to Ministry of
Education of PRC and they will process a evaluation and send the processed
materials to WES in NY for further WES evaluation. If you wanna know more,

Thanks for your reply. You did not answer my question yet. Do you know the
materials in my hand meet the demands of Ministry of Education of PRC? Can I
send my documents to MOE by mail directly without find any friends to hand
on for me? I can't find the answer from your website, sorry.
