这个wage determination据说要等2-4个月才批，然后又是广告阶段起码2个月，估计提
交perm是在半年之后了，还没正式开始就备受煎熬了

This is not correct.
两个可以同时办.
Prevailing wage determination只要在最后file perm之前收到就可以.
不过公司大一点的话，肯定是要等到wage determination下来才肯开始。否则广告都打完了，发现wage太高，公司不干，那不是白打广告了.

I bought one from Microcenter w/ free MB for $90. Was able to unlock all
four cores and running at 3.53 Ghz with little voltage increase. It's giving
me close to i5 750 performance according to passmark score. I heard the
retails store 555 BE has better chance of being unclocked.

i5-750吧
i7最低也是8xx的
