前段时间我的课题结束了，文章大部分由老板操刀写的，我是第一作者，最后提交文章
的时候老板就跟我打了招呼，然后他说他立即提交，应该说提交文章后有个文章编号的
，按照这个编号可以查询文章的状态，但是我没有收到这个，无法知道现在是什么状态
。老板这样做正常吗？

你把写文章的事儿都交给他了 别的当然也只能听他的了。。以后千万努力把这个事情
抢到自己做 一方面是training，一方面是贡献的体现
查询状态这个看杂志了 也不是什么杂志都能方便的查询每一步的进展的。你好奇的话
就问你老板要一个就行了

抢到自己做 一方面是training，一方面是贡献的体现

我们实验室都是这样的，实验学生自己做，数据分析好交给老板，学生写材料与方法部
分，老板写其他部分，稿子写好后老板投稿。 以前在国内的时候还是自己写文章投稿
，到了美国反而变低级了。是要training自己的写作能力。

I know, but the owner is firm on the price. I checked apple's website and
the same refurbished ones are sold at 1419.
The good thing about it is that I can get it right away and it has MS Office
installed already.
The bad part is that it has dent on the side and it is hard to tell from the
pictures. I am not sure if it worth the driving to take a look at it in
person.

术界那就无所谓了

跟老板商量，看可不可以至少你写初稿，最后不行老板可以自己写。这样对你也是个
training。
