最近关注国内的新闻,发现到处都在说一个叫鹿晗的年轻人的相关事情,本来,作为一
个生活在异国他乡的老女人,咳咳,其实也没有特别老,只是现在不是小鲜肉当道的时
代吗?反正我是对于这些年轻的小鲜肉们没有什么特别的好感的,一个原因是大家毕竟
年龄层次不同,真的是很难去理解现在小姑娘们那种狂热的心,再来就是我对于国内的
明星,一直都还是在刘德华啊,这种年龄层次的,要是再年轻点的,也就只有胡歌还有
霍建华,偶尔想看八卦了,我就会找出来看一看,毕竟也是有青春的人啊。但是,这个
叫鹿晗的年轻人,却是让我挺刮目相看的,至少是和我想象中的不一样,当然就是比较
好的方面。
抛开他的外貌不说,其实他还真的挺符合偶像的设定的,就是我心目中的那种偶像。他
没有靠着各种绯闻炒作,又不会刻意的三天两头的就上新闻了,那样的明星是我最不喜
欢看到的。而且,我还看到了网友做的关于鹿晗是个耿直boy的合集,虽然不知道是不
是一种定位,但是感觉挺有好感的。最主要,他总是带给一些正面的影响,演唱会之后
带走垃圾,真的挺让人佩服的。

Some banks only work on one offer at a time. For this kind of listing your
agent need to submit offers as fast as possible.
I submitted one for my client the day after the listing and got accepted.
Even though more and higher offers later, the agent won't take them unless
we back out of the offer
Some banks will collect as many offers as possible and then call for
additional bidding wars (highest and best)

天津话好像不如东北话什么的那么有喜感。老一辈的说慢点的相声,还比较有味道,这
里说得太快了,噼里啪啦的,没那么好听了。

Your agent should help you all the way to closing. That's what I did for
all my buyers.
It may varies state by state.
In Texas, the title company and lender will make sure all the liens are
cleared before close. Otherwise the lender won't fund. I saw more and more
picky lenders. Some lender even won't fund if there is a carpet missing in
one room. One buyers have to put in a cheap carpet to meet the lender
requirement though they will rip the carpet off after closing since they
want to install

than the market price since the sellers owe money to the bank and cannot
afford to sell at the market price. At that time, the house is still on
normal sale and the sellers alreay filed for short sale. So I made an offer
about 5k lower than the market price to the bank and we' have reached
agreement with the sellers. I think a few days later, the house will be on "
short sale" status.
I know it is a stupid question and no

My suggestion is that you should still look for other opportunities.
Noboday knows how long it will take. One time my offer got accepted by all
parties. And the buyers' info is already in title. Then suddenly bank
changed mind and did another BPO and raise the the price 20K. The sellers
are devastated. Finally the bank foreclosed the property instead of short
sale.
I had another one in bank and the listing agent said it will probably take 3
days. Right now 3 weeks passed and still nothing from t

The banks are working on a lot of short sales, so no one can guarantee the
time, especially your agent could not give you the estimation as they are
holding liability to all things they told you. Just hope and keep looking
some regular sale, unless you really love this house and think this is the
only one you want to live in, then forget about the tax.
By the way, some rumor saying that the tax return policy might extend, who
knows!!!

Thank you for your suggestion. I do love the house and there is no one could
compete with it right now. But I will continue looking for newly listed
houses.
BTW, is there any positive short sale stories?
I will keep fingers crossed.
