wiki上写得清清楚楚，LG prada 2006/12 announced。

LG 试图告苹果来的。但很快觉得没道理就放弃了。
苹果的iphone 设计2003年就开始了。

这个事情只能说明，圆角长方形大屏，并非什么可以专利的设计，
只是技术到达一定水平的正常选择。
苹果凭啥说三星是抄袭他家的，难道LG的不是更像吗？包括那个三键设计。
LG没急，苹果急啥？
如果这也能专利，苹果最好就别出ipad mini，从5寸到10寸，三星都有
产品，很难逃脱抄袭三星的嫌疑。

The front speaker slot, uncluttered front face, display borders and the edge
-to-edge glass of a smartphone.
The home button, uncluttered front face, rounded corners and the front edge
border of a smartphone.
The general grid layout for icons, and a dock of separate icons at the
bottom of a mobile device display.
The thin bezel, outer edge border, rounded corners, edge-to-edge front glass
, and minimalist aesthetics on the front, sides and back of a tablet.

是个人都能看出，LG Prada符合所有这些规范。事实上，galaxy S跟
LG Prada的相似度远比iPhone高，就因为底下那几个按钮，跟iphone一个
大圆按钮很难混淆。至于icon，windows mobile, palm都有。
这么说吧，当年iphone广告出来，力推的不是什么长方形圆角大屏，而是
创新的滚屏和缩放方式。我认为如果苹果拥有那些专利的话，可以要求其他
公司付授权费，就像微软干的一样。但这些外观专利的诉讼纯粹是耍流氓。

刚才说的是设计上的，feature 方面的也在官司里面：
US Patent 7,469,381
This is the famous iOS "scrollback" or "rubberbanding" patent, where a
background texture is displayed when you scroll beyond the edge of a
document or webpage.
US Patent 7,844,915
Determining when a user is using one finger to scroll versus two or more
fingers to zoom.
US Patent 7,864,163
Gesturing (tapping) to zoom on a screen area with multiple content areas
displayed.

我觉得外观纯粹是耍流氓，外观专利的目的是不让用户混淆。而没有
任何用户会混淆一部iphone手机和一部三星手机。这跟山寨厂的不一样。
而multi-touch算是基础专利，应该授权，
就像三星的那些3G专利一样。微软拥有那些诸如长按出菜单之类的专利，
收授权费合理，如果以此阻止别人做OS，那是对科技进步的阻碍。想想
微软不肯对苹果授权而要求所有MacOS电脑下架会怎样？苹果
现在做的正是这样。

我民科一次。
我觉得吧，patent这个东西，不是你想申请就能申请到。
当时审批的人批准，肯定有他的道理，为什么这个东西可以成为patent.
我们不能自己老是想当然觉得，这个东西不牛屄，凭什么有patent。
这个跟你抢注册域名，抢商标应该是两码事。

就算抄，apple一个月就抄完了，samsung两年才抄完，samsung太笨，理应受到惩罚和
羞辱。
我来给拎不清的同学们解释一下"good artists copy; great artists steal"吧。一个
idea，全世界都知道好的时候你去抄，叫做copy。还没有任何人意识到这个idea的前景
的时候，或者这个前景还不明朗的时候你去拿来，然后在你的手里把它变成了全世界都
叫好的东西，这才叫做steal。这个眼光有天地之别。
