过时的架构了，不知现在配哪款cpu性价比最好？
如果要上Core i7 i7-8xx的话，查了一下，Max Memory Speed：DDR3-1333

最近用Anti-acetyl-Lysine做WB，发现背景很高，膜上总是有一些小黑点，怀疑是
blocking的问题。用BSA blocking会好一些吗？不知道版上有没有人用这个抗体,wb的
条件是什么？

no, blocking with BSA will only make the background dirtier. But you can put
your primary ab in BSA (After blocking the membrane with milk) to boost the
signal.

But my primary antibody is in 5% milk. Unfortunately it did not help.
