The Shapiro Laboratory at Columbia University in New York City, working
together with the NIH Vaccine Research Center (VRC), in Bethesda, MD, seeks

1) A Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics / computational biology /
computational chemistry or a closely related field
2) Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages (C,
C++, Java) and script writing in Perl or Python
3) Sufficient oral and written communication skills
4) Clear sense of organization, purpose and accountability
5) Experience with or knowledge of antibodies is desirable, but not
required

同感。我的还多几万呢。实际上我们基本没怎么砍价。如果你首付很多，银行肯定高高
通过，没有风险的钱不赚白不赚。他还靠你这样的优良贷款来和差一些的贷款打包来卖
