inspection report 刚拿到，主要问题是 Fungus damage and Termites, section I
repair cost ~14K!!
请教大家这个问题多严重？ 修过之后是不是基本安全？ 已经是40年的房子.
我这个是short sale, 我的agent认为要不到repair credit 或reduce price, 真是这样
吗？
头大啊，其实除了这个还有一堆大大小小的问题...

fungus damaged.

1e)Infestation by Drywood Termites was noted at the interior and
subarea, necessary to seal the entire structure and fumigate it with
Vikane.
