Group leader(s), Principle Scientists in stem cell clinical product R&D
Responsibility:
The main responsibility is to develop stem cell products for clinical
purpose. You will lead a group of scientists (2+) and focus on platform set
up for stem cell isolation、characterization and differentiation;
preclinical standard set up for stem cell products; stem cell scale-up,
suspension culture、 application of biocompatible material (eg. polymer) in
stem cell product delivery; managing GMP stem cell facilities, et al. You
will collaboratively participate in work across Hengrui R&D center which is
highly dynamic and challenging environment. You are expected to
strategically think about project, provide scientific proposals and
effectively carry out on ongoing projects.
Requirements:
You should have a Ph.D. in cellular biology, cellular immunology or related
disciplines with 2+ year (postdoctoral) training and solid scientific
records. Hands-on experience in areas like stem cell (prefer adult stem cell
) isolation, culture, differentiation and characterization; umbilical cord
blood (UCB) and or bone marrow sample characterization; stem cell suspension
culture and scale up; biocompatible material development for stem cell
product delivery; stem cell GMP facility set-up, cGMP cell generation and or
cytokine-induced killer cell culture, et al. Demonstrated skills as a group
leader and expertise in stem cell culture, FACS, Real time PCR, confocal
microscope, immunostaining, iPS et al. You are flexible, high motivated and
innovative. You are good at communication and English.
