关于DNA聚合酶的问题

DNA聚合酶每天都在不停的合成DNA,包括高等动物,低等动物,原核,真核。但是在不
停的合成中会产生突变。
我的问题是哪种DNA聚合酶的突变率最低?
到目前为止,to my knowledge, 能够买到的DNA聚合酶中,phusion的突变率是最低的
。有没有可能人的DNA聚合酶的突变率比phusion更低呢?

Well, I can not give you an answer to your question like 哪种DNA聚合酶的突变
率最低?
But from my friend's work, I can tell you that for DNA replication, many polymerases are involved, but only one is the primary enzyme. In the case of archaea and eukaryotes, this is Pol II (or better known as Family B DNA polymerase) and in bacteria, this is Pol III. Also note that Pol II and Pol III belong to distinct folds.
In nature, organisms dont need to maintain very reliable polymerases since allowing mutation during DNA synthesis is a need for the evolution, just like what viruses do. Thus I guess those commercial enzymes like phusion may have 突变率最低 since they have been optimized.
