以前western转膜最大的蛋白也就150KD左右，对于utrophin这种接近400KD的蛋白对转

我也有一个相关的问题
这个map是很直观明了，而且把你的所有文章的引用国家都加一起了，这个我比较喜欢
但是问题是，这个map的那一页没有任何被引用文章的信息啊，IO不会怀疑我把其他人
的文章也加进来做引用国家的map了吧？
在ISI上面有个country/teritory的功能，你可以把自己每篇文章的引用国家列出来，这一页里也显示了你自己那篇文章的信息，问题就是不方便把你所有文章的引用国家加一起
不知道怎么搞好

I thought iblot is essentially updated semi-dry method, or not? What make
it that efficient even with 400kd protein, thanks for clarification..

3-8% Tris Acetate. Works very well for proteins as big as 400 to 500 kD.

没有具体转过utrophin，不敢打包票，但是我们转poly-ubiquitinylated protein都是
用这个condition.
其他蛋白？其他蛋白50伏转三到五个小时。但有时候我们要偷懒的时候也会统统30伏转
过夜。
