Hard Disk Sentinel给出这个消息，貌似问题不大，但不是说出现一个1 bad sector后
硬盘就很快坏了吗
There are 1 bad sectors on the disk surface. The contents of these sectors
were moved to the spare area.
At this point, warranty replacement of the disk is not yet possible, only if
the health drops further.
It is recommended to examine the log of the disk regularly. All new problems
found will be logged there.
No actions needed.

同一个蛋白complex纯化后分别做silver stain，coomassie stain以及转膜后的
ponceau stain，结果差异很大。具体点说在silver stain上可以看到所有subunit，而
且都是equal intensity的非常strong的band，但是在coomassie stain和ponceau
stain上只可以看到2条，另一条消失了？silver stain条带的强弱和蛋白量的多少关系
不大，band强不一定代表量多对吧，但是不至于在coomassie stain和ponceau stain上
一点都看不到啊...

用HDtune之类看一下SMART信息？

not uncommon ya
there are example(s) that can be stained well with silver staining rather
than coomassie

Hard Disk Sentinel就是和HD Tune差不多的软件，我把smart结果贴上来，请懂行的帮
