对细胞的伤害大不大？跟用trypsin比呢？
看millipore的介绍，可能这个溶液里的主要成分是一种受专利保护的EDTA，这种EDTA
不能进入细胞去影响胞内蛋白的功能了吗？

I have tried the Invitrogen enzyme-free cell dissociation solution,
dissociation is slower than trypsin, and milder. Better use that instead of
trypsin, if your assay is related to membrane proteins or cell membrane.
