博士毕业一年了，学校里Postdoc越做越难受，找工作吧到处都要经验，所以想问问版
上诸位大牛，去公司做postdoc怎么样？据说这个会算在工作经验里？

其实我还不是太清楚进了公司做博后是要怎么发展的，哪位高人给说说，比如去上海诺
华当博后，3年后能升scientist么？

不是大牛说两句，如果以后打定主意去工业界，这是不错的选择。相当一部分人会留下
来，转成Scientist，在这期间还可以接触到公司内部招聘信息，比外面有优势。另外
工资会高些，以前面过一个，大概6万。

I was an industrial postdoc for 3+ years. Here are some pros and cons in
hindsight:
Pros
1. Higher salary and better benefits.
2. Superior infrastructure, central facility support, state-of-the-art
research/manufacturing facility.
3. Exposure to company pipeline projects, which might become real medicines
in a few years.
4. A clear advantage over academic postdoc when come to industrial job
hunting, although the chance to be retained in the same company could be
much lower than external candidates.
Cons
1. Need to focus on aspects related to commercial interests rather than
basic science.
2. Publications and conference abstracts might be scrutinized/denied by the
legal.
3. Often deemed "low priority" within the pyramid structure.
4. No chance to apply for K99, more difficult to apply for AP.
Just my two cents.
BTW, in CNIBR or NIBR here, scientists are BS/MS level associates. People
with phD often start with Investigator title.
