I have some papers reviewed by F1000. I remember someone said there is way
to get a letter from F1000. Please help,thanks!

各位老大，
能否推荐一些单链的酶或者蛋白质，加热就失活的，而且比较好测活性的
背景：设计了个人工分子伴侣，用经典的CAB作为模型，效果很好，现被一审稿人要求
做做至少5种以上的酶或者蛋白质以验证该伴侣的通用性。。。

Many enzymes lose activity upon heat and cannot refold without chaperones.
Lysozyme, alcohol dehydrogenase are among some of the commonly used models.
I measured heat inactivation of trehalase when I was in college, also very
easy.

限制性内切酶就是加热失活的，随便找个质粒让酶切后跑DNA胶就能检测活性了

just tell them your articles have been evaluated by F1000 website, now you
are applying for green card, please provide a letter to confirm it, they
have a template letter, you just modify it and send back for sign.
