A postdoctoral position is available at The Ohio State University in USA. To
study the molecular mechanisms of apoptosis and the role of flavonoids in
inflammation and cancer. The successful candidate should have recently
completed a PhD in an area related to biochemistry, signal transduction or
immunology.
The position requires training in molecular biology, cloning, silencing and
cell culture. Special consideration will be given to candidates with
experience in mouse, alternative splicing and apoptosis. Highly motivated
individuals able to plan and design projects independently are particularly
encouraged to apply. The salary will be based on prior experience. The Ohio
State University is located in Columbus, the capital of Ohio, the 15st
