......第一，中国梦是真实的。“中国梦”是一种宣传，还是一种存在?我认为，首先
是一种
真实的存在。......党的十六大以来10年间，中央两次召
开全国人才工作会议，制定了国家人才发展规划，实施了引进海外高层次人才“千人计
划”，马上还要启动实施重点支持国内高层次人才的“万人计划”。中央财政为12项国
家重大人才工程新增经费预算 1000多亿元，去年已安排84亿元。四是人才在中国实现
理想抱负是真实的。邓中翰的“中国芯梦”，施正荣的“光伏梦”，都可以说已经成真
。王晓东想做世界上最好的生命科学研究所，潘建伟想做世界一流的量子物理实验室，
丁列明想做中国老百姓吃得起的抗癌新药，等等，都正在成为现实。前两天我到北京生
命所调研，有4位前几年从美国回来的博士，因为他们在生命所的科研成就，今年获得
休斯医学研究所“国际青年科学家奖”。这些事实都充分说明，中国现已成为各类人才
创新创业的热土，是各类人才可以成就事业和梦想的福地。

李源朝的文章呢，就有点意思了。主管教育科技的话，会决定今后十年乃至更长的趋势
，打算回国的不妨观望二三年。

我觉得是个好事情啊，说明中国政府对这几年的引进策略是满意的，应该会继续支持下
去。
万人计划应该不至于，但是有可能会把中心从基础学科往应用学科倾斜。

不同领域的人，不好评价。
如果要比较发文章数目的话，vivil同学有80多篇，而且还不是数学建模领域的。
