相当，选哪一个
2。short sale的房子推荐买吗？需要代理吗？手续是不是很麻烦？可以委托代理吗？
3。HOA of townhouse $300-$400，是每个月还是每年？

为啥要倒推？目的何在
很多细胞你只要知道具体是什么细胞，去教科书上查一下，分化过程已经相当清楚了

也有不少细胞不是很清楚来源的，比如 adipocyte。
还有不少癌细胞的来源也很模糊。

也有每3个月，我们的就是（不是townhouse, 是single famlily house）。楼主自己去
查吧。

点“版内查询”。
short sale一般不推荐，等的时间太长，最后还可能不被批准。一般如果房子很不错，
就给递个offer,然后去看别的房子。别抱太大希望。

3) Find it out by yourself
1) Single, especially if HOA of the townhouse is monthly.
2) Strongly recommended if you don't have to pay commission fee to the agent
