I am currently a postdoc with H1B visa, just filed NIW i140. I would like to
go back to school. I understand that I cannot use F1 anymore. What visa

同问,不清楚,好像基本无解. F1是非移民签证,递交140是否表明已经有了移民倾向

thanks! So basically, I cannot go back to school, so sad...

You can go back school if you are on H4 as the your wife's dependent,but you
are the one who apply the green card. You can not tranfer to H4 to go back
school. This is what my lawyer told me.
