BOA有几种checking，我看echecking并没有写明不需要手续费，只说Advantage和
Preferred customers可以免掉。
请问开echecking需要满足什么条件才可以免费吗？比如要存够多少钱，等等。不明白
那个Advantage和Preferred customers是满足什么条件才算。
