正在准备EB1B的RFE材料中，有两个问题来求教一下。
1。证明三年以上工作经验，大家都是怎么证明的呢？RFEletter说是must要雇主的信，
但是又说“Experience in teaching or research while working on an advanced
degree will only be acceptable if the alien has acquired the degree, and if
the teaching duties were such that he or she had full responsibility for the
class taught or if the research conducted toward the degree has been
recognized within the academic field as outstanding.“ 请问我除了要现在公司
的信以外，以前phd和master的学校也要写信吗？以前做RA的offer letter不知道可不
可以。因为我claim有10年exper

据说你在卖的时候，是不能有人在家的，你一家得出去。
如果短暂时间卖不掉，但家人也不能老出去，生活不方便，只好在房子卖出去之前，先
租房或者买别的房子。
如果短暂时间房子卖不出去，还是亏很多钱的，两处的月供和税，不少钱，大家都是怎
么操作的。

I know what the recurrence of disease is.
it means the disease occurs again.
but what is recurrence of cancer?
Does it mean the cancer was stable, but now not stable again?

两房在同一地方吗？如果你现在就看中一个房子，新房拿到手再去卖旧房。卖几个月卖
不掉，可以考虑出租旧房。这样风险小些。如果一定要用卖旧房的钱做downpay，那就
没说的，只好先卖旧房，租房住几个月，边租边买了。

should be like you got cold last year and you got it again this year
IMHO, if one got cancer once, he/she is more prone to have mutataions and
therefore has better chance to get cancer again.

你可以买但是要出offer contingent on卖你现在的房子

cancer patient are cured when no cancer cell or tissue are detected. However
, more than half of them will relapse and died of cancer during their rest
of life.
