Obama does not have to pay for the 5 trillion tax cut. You do not how
Romney is going to pay for it. Total US tax deduction today is about 2.5
trillion, the money has to come from somewhere else. Therefore, the
likelihood for Obama to cut NIH funding is less.
Personally, I don't think Romney is going to pay for his tax cut, and we
will have a repeat of Bush policy.

BRICSouth Africa should pay that 5 trillion tax cut if GOP Won in 11 06
2012.
The way is same as done in 1998 to South Eastern Asia and done in 1985 to
Japan,
unless, let BRIC fight with each other or nearby stuff ASAP from States
Power back up.
