打算通过shopper买中美往返的机票
在版上考了下古，大家都说hotwire上可以有10%，priceline上的条款写着不可以。以
下是shopper在priceline里现在写的条款：
Special Terms: Customers receive rewards when online travel reservations are
concluded. Canceled orders, taxes, phone orders, and insurance do not
qualify to earn rewards. Retail Air Agency and Retail Air Merchant
transactions earn rewards at a lower fixed-rate amount.
这个“lower fixed-rate amount”是不是指没有10%，但是还是会给一些cashback呢？
在hotwire上查中美往返机票，只能查到外部比价网站，比如expedia，kayak什么的，
这个是不是不能算shopper的cashback了？
另外，LD新开了里程卡，要花掉大笔钱，正好用来买机票。但是shopper开卡人是我，
我们俩的billing address是一样的，shopper会因此赖账吗？
