当然应该涨了,有的公立学校是每年必须涨的,有规定涨多少,一般最少每年3%-5%左
右,不过也看老板。你可以和老板提一下。

去年跟老板提过两次,发Email和亲自讲,老板要么不回,要么装糊涂,让人感觉好恶
心。可能是现在就业市场不好的原因。希望大家不要遇上这样的老板。

按照常理是应该涨的,但是现在很多地方因为经济紧张已经freeze了postdoc涨工资的
权利。而且好多都是公立的学校和研究所。楼主你当年拿到offer的时候是咋说的啊?

没差别也比不涨强啊,不过有的老板好的话或者对你满意的话可能会涨的比较多。

. The boss even promised to increase my salary before I accepted his offer.
He eventually denied my eequests after I joined his lab although I was the
most
productive person of all time in his lab. But I would not have left his lab
if that had been the only issue. The other major problem was he did not
want to publish my results which would have formed a paper good enough for a
tenure-track position.
My suggestion is to forget about the salary issue if you can acquire the
credential for your career in his lab. Otherwise, move on ASAP.

I used to work in two labs as postdoc, they both followed this guideline. My
mentor even asked the salary expectation during the interview and he told
me he would follow nih. I know some PIs do not do it, it's not hurt to ask.

我们组的博后是每年都涨的,涨幅略大于13楼的guideline,每年涨一些还是很合理的
。
