Yes that's one reason I bought it to replace my phone :-) I bought the AT&T
version of P6800 on eBay, but you can go to Verizon to look and touch it.

I actually bought from a local seller who bought it on eBay a week ago. Yes
P6800 is the model with GSM/3G. I did a quick a search and I think this
seller (99.8%)seems to be trustable and you should pay with PayPal to get
insurance, make sure it's brand new and sealed by manufacturer:

First, ipad mini is just rumor and we can't build our life on rumor.
Second, there's zero chance for "mini" to have the GSM phone module as
galaxy 7(7.7) do.
Third, the DPI of P6800 is very close to that of ipad3. Plus Super Amoled
Plus is much better than the ipad3 screen.
