如果一个蛋白核表达，而不是膜表达，有什么办法把高表达的分离出来么？

如果你只想回收活细胞的话，似乎没有合适的手段。否则你可以固定、渗透细胞，然后
用流势收细胞。不知道有没有用。

if the cell you want to isolate is clustered as groups in tumor tissue, I
have a special method to isolate them for DNA/RNA/protein analysis, but not
for culture. It maybe the only way to do it in current time.

我的目的比较简单，就是我现在手头有一个基因，在某种特定肿瘤中高表达。我现在已
有构建好的稳定表达的细胞系。想看看能不能在肿瘤组织中分离出来高表达的细胞 （
要活的），拿出来做进一步的实验。
而这个蛋白是核表达。
要是膜表达，可以用流式分离。
所以想问问大家针对核表达的情况，有没有好的方法。
我的目的比较简单，就是我现在手头有一个基因，在某种特定肿瘤中高表达。我现在已

看看能不能做成GFP fusion protein, 然后用流式分离。
