8/27号，agent给lock在4.5.
在这里http://www.mtgprofessor.com/home.aspx看，好像8/27很低，3.873。
真的可以这么低吗？
我们实际的rate会不会低于4.5,Agent有可办法作假吗？

现在No cost的是在4.375%。

还要看你的贷款额是多少了。如果是No Cost Refinance 30年固定的话，4.5%偏高。

property tax和prepaid interest不是Closing Cost，所以不包括在里面。
