真郁闷,PNAS原来有6页的page limit.快要投了才发现文章太长了,关键是图多,有七个
图,而且都很大.
到底是换个journal还是试试featured article或者plus呢?这两个都可以有十页.但不
知道是不是很难中?还有plus是online only的,有人投过这个吗,感觉怪怪的.

If I understand correctly, the submission policy to PNAS is that you could
only submit your manuscript to only one category, either report, or feature
article or Plus. And with every feature article, there would be one
commentary with it in the same issue. So, if you are not super confident
with the potential impacts of your manuscript, go directly to feature may
not be wise, since you couldn't go back to re-submit as a Plus.
PNAS Plus is still PNAS, just another way to publish on-line instead of in
print. The review process is all the same as the one for the 6-page report.

照片按时间排序，找最近的照片。如果新导入的照片时间上不是最近的，那答案就是：
没办法。自己慢慢在照片堆里翻吧。
Photos是有史以来苹果推出的最弱智的应用程序，没有之一。

Thank you very much for your advice. Yes I understand that I have to chose
one of these as I submit.
I am not super confident about the feature article so I would like to try
the plus since I don't want to squeeze my paper into 6 pages.
My PI is just not very certain about the visibility of PNAS plus.

特别是iPhone照的照片还好 相机照的 很多时候没电了 时间被重置 photos一股脑的按
时间排序 完全是乱的啊

even older senior researcher.
when was the last time you want to retrieve a certain article, you opened
Pubmed and began to search, then downloaded the pdf and printed it out?
Something sounds like happened today?
And when was the last time you have to go to the library and browse over the
shelves to retrieve one article? Something maybe have never happened for
our generation.
PNAS Plus is still PNAS, which could be accessed on-line as all other PNAS
paper. For the visibility issue, I don't think that is a problem at all.

Photos假定你导入的所有照片都是用iDevice照的，其它类型的相机统统都不存在。

Yes, 原身份失效后如果已经有485收据,那身份就是485 pending, 但如果EAD也没拿都
是不能工作的.

photos默认iphoto里每个event为一个album啊，如果你在iphoto里建了events的话。新
的照片不是iphone照的管理起来就不方便。
