I called upon for reviewer a couple of times for the two journals but when I
requested for such a review selection rule letter, no one was responding me
. Why is that? I used j**********[email protected] Is it all right?

多了去啊，WB或者组织学检测都可以的啊。网上随便搜搜，一大把的文献。

pls refer one N sister 2012 paper:
Nat Cell Biol. (2012) 14: 1024-35.
Autophagy receptors link myosin VI to autophagosomes to mediate Tom1-
dependent autophagosome maturation and fusion with the lysosome.

it takes about 2 weeks for me to get a letter from JAP. APL is much faster.

One of APL staff replied that she has forward my request to editor. However,
I have not got response from the editor for two days. No one responds me
from JAP yet. Damn...

just be a little more patient. the editor probably is out of town. he will
send you a pretty good letter.

这paper不是用病人组织啊。
我的问题是有没有办法在病人组织里给autophagy induction的水平定量。
