Wonder anybody has experience with it and what's the perspective? I only
know the one made by Bio-rad. It seems like there is another company (don't
remember the name) also claims they have this technology.
Any insight of any sort?

好像不怎么张扬，静静在Missouri版奋笔，

Raindance has smaller droplets (more partitions), but the reading time is
way too long and their product seems not available yet.
Life Tech also has a new one (chamber mechanism as fluidigm , rather than
droplets), don't know about the performance.
Bio-Rad's ddPCR is from previous Quantalife, a lot cases and applications
accumulation with lower price.

请问你的是MS还是PhD？PhD应该更高一些吧，Globalfoundries 要送立刻新人去德国或
者新加坡的，签证怎么弄

Raindance和Bio-Rad的ddPCR的原理是不一样的。
Raindance出来的结果不直观，而且不是绝对定量。
ddPCR定量的原理利用的是泊松分布，在低浓度范围内定量挺准，缺点是定量范围比较
窄。
