在湾区，满眼都是将近百万的房子。接着这次次贷危机（坏区）房价大跌，俺们这些单
身的才有可能买到房子。
我原来住在一个Median Household Income: $68,121的zipcode里，租房子。
如果在我工作的zipcode（Median Household Income: $84,565）或者附近买，只能买
得起condo，如果在Median Household Income: $58,807的zipcode里买可以买到比较好
的townhouse或者旧的single family.那么大家会选什么呢？我自住。
所谓的好学区的房子，比如mission san jose 94539,Median Household Income: $101
,977， cupertino 的95014 Median Household Income: $100,020，而房价都是1M以上
了。湾区的人如果不是结婚双高薪职工（年收入20万以上）或有外财，买百万的房子都
是死撑。那么我们这些单身呢？是干脆就不要想买房呢？还是买个中等区的condo？还
是坏一点区的townhouse/SFH？

好像是专门发表免疫学方面的杂志，不知道是不是很COMPETITIVE？另外，审稿时间长

JEM 不是只发immunology, 还有很多别的方向。competitive是肯定的，现在哪个IF10
