发现屋前的一块草坪开始变黄了才发现管那块草坪的喷头不喷水了。家里的喷水控制系
统用的是hunter的Pro-C，除了这个坏了的station no. 3,其它的station都是好的。自
己检查了一下，controller应该没有问题。最有可能的是这个station no. 3的连线出
了问题。请问有经验的大侠，连接controller和valve的电线一般埋在哪里？我在草坪
周围找了几圈也没有看到。难道要掘地三尺才行？

Anyone knows of any way to separate the sense and antisense strands of
a 20~30 duplex? Base-paring can be broken by urea, and how to go after that?

some ways to do that. you need to tell your purpose. you can put a biotin
tag on one strand and use streptavidin beads to capture it .

如果知道序列，找引物公司合成，肯定是单链，然后做你想做的
如果序列未知而且是混合物，末端连上tag，搞next generation sequencing搞清楚序
列之后再考虑是否合成
