Hello All:
Can someone give me some suggestion about the Overlap of the jobs? I
am going to transfer from Job A to B with the different Companies. If I am
going to use the EAD for the New job B at New company, Can I have three week
overlap since the New company wants me to be there ASAP.

我们用最常用His tag + Ni-NTA（未加detergent）纯化到了一个可溶的细菌膜蛋白（
pET30a, 两个跨膜区）。虽然量很少，但有活性。Western blot和MS都鉴定该蛋白是正
确的。我们用这个蛋白做了论文里所有的实验。诱导条件是12度，24小时，0.5 mM
IPTG。
论文审稿后问题不大，但有个审稿意见让我们说明一下是“怎么纯化得到膜蛋白的”。
我猜专家是做蛋白结构的所以觉得很意外，但我怎么回答他比较合适呢？总不能说“我
纯化到了，所以我纯化到了吧”，这样审稿人会发怒滴，呵呵。请各位给个合理的建议
