电面后第二天（上周五）有个scheduler联系，要安排onsite，然后给了一些四月初的
日子让我选一下
然后这个礼拜一的时候说还在联系interveiwing team
今天周五了还没消息，我就发了个信问，然后说一个新的scheduler来管我的case，不
过发信问这个新scheduler还没回
就是问一下这么长时间没安排好，又换scheduler，另外让我一开始选的日子都快要到
了，现在还没动静，MS不会有什么变故吧。。。。谢谢。。。

从方法学上来说可以衍生到所有transcription factor的研究上。。。。。。。

蜡纸不耐高温，不能用来烤制，parchment paper正解。

the technology is original from Ulf Landegren lab from Uppsala University,
Sweden. Ulf is a member of the royal swedish academy of sciences, he
invented Pad Lock Probe and Proximity ligation assay. The technologies in
the paper are based on Proximity Ligation assay + RCA (rolling circle
amplification).

Yes! That was called dual-link, which I think essentially is the same
technique as showed in this paper.
