正在进行绿卡配偶I-130的申请.有几个问题请教.
LD有绿卡.
我的状况是140办下来后,换到公司的另一个site工作.在申请新工作地点的劳工卡程序
中.因公司未变,140仍有效.身份还是H1B.
有两个I-130上的问题想请教一下.

在网上乱逛看到几个还算可以的房子，就给旁边的联系框框填写了联系方式。没几天收
到一个回应，应该是买房的agent吧。发了几个我要求的房子信息，我选了几个以后却
和我说都不行。下面是她的一些回音。大家看看到底什么意思？首先是有官司的房子我
要买的话要50%以上的downpay或者100% cash.short sale的房子我必须用100% cash买
。有些房子要给offer以后才让看，还有要我马上联系她推荐的lender来决定我可以贷
多少款。弄得我这个新手更糊涂了，买房真的那么可怕？

Unfortunately there is current litigation going on with the HOA in VV to the
builder, therefore only all cash or minimum of 50% down buyers can qualify.
I have been calling around trying to find a lender that will loan on the
complex but I have not been able to locate anyone yet. I was hoping to find
a lender this morning so that we could still take a look at the units but I
was unable to do so.
4050 xxxx: Unfortunately they are no longer conducting showings on this unit
due to a large number of offers already submitted. I called the agent to
see if we could get in but not at this time. I will be notified as soon as
we can get in.
7585 XXXX:- We can see this unit during the week because the tenant will
only show it Monday thru Friday. I contacted them to see if they would make
an exception and they cannot show it today.
3965 XXXX- Unfortunately we cannot see this unit because it is only shown
with an accepted offer. The unit is an investment property for the owner
and they do not want to disturb the tenants. If you really like the complex
and the pictures we can always throw out an offer and get inside to see if
you like it!

拼成本HTC肯定搞不过三星啊，手机里三星从芯片到内存到屏幕到电池都能自己造，HTC
都得买。就像做代工的谁也做不过富士康，为啥？因为富士康做接插件的出身，主板上
啥小零件都能自己造，最后成本就比人家便宜几美金，别小看这几美金，这就是盈利和
亏损的分水岭。

htc是美国毕业的几个cs master到台湾建立的，大老板是某台湾富翁的女儿，有资金。
手机公司不仅要研发技术，还要和手机服务商比如t-mobile协调，手机行业是一个巨大
的利益链。

今年年初HTC投了Onlive 40million，然后到今天才半年左右就全部蒸发了。

盈利的唯一模式是软硬结合，不能受制于人。
所以果果攫取了巨大的利润，股沟和软软正在努力。
其他所有厂商除了三星和鸡鸭，只能看别人脸色行事，在硬件层面进行恶性竞争，失败
是在所难免的

虽然我看不上三怂，但是三怂至少知道无论其他线再烂，也要把GS系列做好
HTC出一款手机，一个名字，而且命名非常混乱，根本无法培养客户的忠诚度，到现在
为止基本上具有同样名字的手机最高就到2代吧
从来没有注意培养一条自己的旗舰产品链
虽然我看不上三怂，但是三怂至少知道无论其他线再烂，也要把GS系列做好
HTC出一款手机，一个名字，而且命名非常混乱，根本无法培养客户的忠诚度，到现在
为止基本上具有同样名字的手机最高就到2代吧

这也是我不选One的原因，虽然HD2给我体验实在太好了。但是这肯定不是主要原因。因
为大多数人应该不在乎这些的吧，比如说爱疯也是这样，不也是一样的招人买么～
