绝大部风Rewards卡都不是信用卡，至少BabyRus的不是。Rewards卡是用来积点的，是
店家用来回报常客和促进销售的一种手段。对信用记录没作用。
但要谨防一种商家的信用卡用Rewards的名字发行。像Target的红卡，我家LD申请的时
候还以为是积点的，后来给Pull了才知道是Credit Card。

申请时候就该问是不是信用卡
如果是用那张rewards card来消费的 基本肯定是信用卡
如果只是刷一下，然后依然要用其他卡结账,那十有八九是免费的会员卡 非信用卡
（信用卡第一次结账可能也会要一张其他信用卡来back up，留心一下好了）
