Hi,
I sent 140 and PP to TSC and didn't received receipts for 3 weeks. Both
checks have not been cashed out. I checked USCIS and found EB1a 140 should
be sent to Dallas.
Do you know what will happen? Reject my case? Are they going to forfeit my
