前一阵子急着买房，父母从国内电汇了20w刀过来，分两笔各10w。
因为个人汇款有5w的限制，当时找了我妈的朋友，以其供职的两家外贸公司名义汇过来。
现在填3520表，是否照实填公司捐赠，然后item 56
"Do you have any reason to believe that the foreign donor, in making any
gift or bequest described in lines 54 and 55, was
acting as a nominee or intermediary for any other person? If “Yes,” see
instructions"
选"是"，附上解释？
