RT. We had tried a few anti-p65 Ab for IHC (mouse samples). The background
is always high and there are also non-specific staining. I thought this is
well established field. My student already tried 5 Ab and he told me this
morning that he cannot find a right one. Any one have good one to suggest !

大多数抗体（包括scbt的）染细胞都没问题，但是肿瘤样品基本很难染到阳性（细胞核
），这些样品做EMSA阳性很好。
我对这个领域很熟悉，也没什么好的办法。很奇怪很多文章染的tissue都很漂亮。

Thanks! This is what I am wondering. We had mouse tumor samples and we had
determine a few cytokines. Now it would be an important addition if we can
have some NFkB staining. Literature often has very good IHC stainings but
my student is struggle on it. From some company sites, some antibody works
great. Now I will ask him to try the frozen sections.
