我不是很理解为什么有长寿命浆细胞?不是有memory B细胞可以一直分化么?什么影响
他们变成短寿命和长寿命的浆细胞 (比如说GC里的)??

Generally, short-live plasma cells are less affinity-matured and do not go
through GC. They are quick sources for antibody neutralization.
Long-Live plasma cells are generated from GC and residue in the BM. They
provide the antibody reservoir in your blood for pathogen neutralization.
Memory B cells take a few days to further differentiation into plasma cells
and cannot replace long live plasma cells.
It is a big questions in the field that which factors determine the
differentiation of short-live and long-live plasma cells. I think the best
evidence is that high affinity B cells tends to become short live plasma
cells but low affinity ones enter GC for further affinity maturation.

谢谢这么好的解释, 有没有什么方面的papers说什么影响他们的寿命?是不是和这些
细胞所处在的地方有关系? 比如说活得长的在BM里面,短的在LN? 那样的话是不是换换
环境他们就变了?XD
