如何将抗原呈递给T细胞
一般来将，在体内，主要是dendritic cell and B cell来负责抗原呈递。
我想问的是，在体外的情况下，如何将抗原呈递给T细胞?也必须通过dendritic cell
and B cell来实现吗?
还是有什么简单的方法，比如就是将T细胞和抗原共同培养就能实现.

It depends on your purpose. You can use anti-CD3 or anti-TCR antibody to
activate T cells. Otherwise, you can try lipid bilayer loading with MHC+
peptide.

I want to educate T cell to recognize certain antigens.

All depend on CD4 or CD8 T cells.
what kind of antigen? any known epitopes?

体外实验可以把抗原load到DC细胞，再由DC细胞激活T cell，具体protocol去网上搜吧
你的T cell是从TCR transgenic老鼠分出来的么？不是的话很麻烦
直接load抗原基本不会work，大部分抗原的epitope是要被加工成短肽才能跟MHC结合的
，不跟MHC结合，TCR不认识
