人口素质高？ NM 去看看现在普通，甚至前50 大学三年级学生，能有几个会微积分的
，就尼玛知道啥叫素质高了。。
去 faculty 版，好好学学现在老师都是如何糊弄学生的，就知道这个国家是注定的
了。。

Posting Job Title: Research Associate

Job Summary:
As a Research Associate of Illumina Research Department, you will support a
development of circulating free nucleic acids assay for oncology application
.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Support the Research team with running experiments in
collaboration with others.
• Contribute to project goals by assisting with the design,
execution, and analysis of experiments.
• Independently run assays and instrumentation related to Illumina
’s next generation sequencing technology including sample extraction,
library preparation and sequencing.
• Perform routine experimental procedures using standard laboratory
equipment including Bioanalyzer, qPCR, and gel electrophoresis.
• Conduct predefined analyses using simple Excel functions and
graphing procedures
• Write experimental summaries and prepare technical presentations
for updating supervisor and other team members as appropriate. Provide
verbal progress reports in both formal and informal settings
• Maintain a laboratory notebook
• Maintaining lab organization
Qualifications:
• BS or Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, or
Biochemistry with 1-3 years of industry experience.
• Proven molecular biology experience
• Experience in BSL2 lab
• Illumina library prep, microarray, and sequencing experience a
plus
• Goal and detail-oriented, self-motivated, hard-working, energetic
individual with a desire to be part of fast paced, dynamic research team.
• Ability to learn quickly and work simultaneously on multiple
assignments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
