眼看着要年底要毕业，没找到工作也只能申请OPT，学校ISO的人不建议OPT的start
date晚于学位的completion date：
Please note: If you plan to delay the OPT start date beyond your completion
date, you may not be granted the full 12 months of OPT.
但真的是找工作不容易，水平也挫，对一毕业就有工作不抱希望....>,申请宜晚则晚。我只想拖一个月从1月份开始start date，不知道是否真的有这样的例
子不给满12个月OPT的？
