我是CS老农，常常看到听到学生物的改行越来越多，学CS的又是如何的吃香。依我看，
不久就轮到学生物的吃香了。人图享受和期望长寿这个永恒不变的需求，是驱动发展的
核动力，大数据的概念已经慢慢变的清晰起来，机器学习的道路也逐渐被明确了下来。
量化各种生命科学需要的信息从实验室变成各种产业的日子就快到来了，这些年各种
social media和电商井喷式发展给纯CS的机会，就会在生命科学领域出现。

在精准量化大数据体系建立起来的基础上去发现生物科学的各种规律，这样的大数据在
规模上是其它任何学科无法比拟的，因此产生的机会也是极其巨大的。

Lol, as long as the FDA bottleneck exist, it will not be. You can ship a
software full of bugs, but you cannot do that to a medicine.

Opps, I guess I send you a letter.
Yes, there are crappy drugs that work marginally but it still take 10+ years
to reach the market i.e. Provenge. Guess what happen to the company...For
a software company, you literally can write a crappy program within a few
months to a year and sell it on the market.
Of course, if you are talking about Nutraceuticals, FDA treats them as foods
and there is no research job required to develop them. All you generate
are a few snake oil salesmen. Do you know that you can literally sale any
chemical compounds to people without FDA approval as long as you don't
directly claiming medicinal effects. Of course, you will still by liable if
you kill someone.
