如题。no-cost refinance 一般有没有 early payoff （或者较早卖掉房子）的限制？
在版内读了一些帖子，知道 no-cost 的 rate 要比有 cost 高些，高出的这部分可能
就是拿来 cover 部分 closing cost 的。如果我很快 payoff，那 agent 或 银行不就
有可能亏了？
另外，宾州 no cost refinance 有做的么？很多人说 NY 是没有的。
