新手请教：这个排期日期就算大家平常说的PD吧？
1、PD是提交PERM的日期，但是只有140批了才生效？
2、这个排期日期是允许提交485的排期日期吗？
3、那如果交140的时候，这个排期current了，是不是可以140和485一起交？
4、如果#1，2，3的问题都是yes，那么交140的时候这个PD应该还没生效吧，即使排到
了按理说也不能交485？还得等140批了以后交？

1.是。
2.每个月都会公布一个cutoff date,你的PD在这个date之前就可以交485.
3.可以，就是concurrent filing了。
4. 140批了，就生效了。排期到了，140还没批，可以拿着140的receipt交485，

4.可以一起交，问题1的生效是针对要跳槽保留PD的情况，和交表不是一回事
