可以房价总价改变吗？这样麻烦吗？是不是要重新签PA，但是也就是重新签个字，就是
agent的工作吧。
如果直接要credit，一定要放在closing cost里面吗？具体怎么操作的，是seller直接
付closing cost？我们一部分closing cost可以作为relocation reimbursement, 所以
如果seller直接付的话，那我们那部分可以报销的费用就浪费了。
如果撇开可以报销的closing cost，我算了下，大约只剩3000，所以我们还是希望
seller能在inspection以后改变房价，否则多出来的也会浪费的。
还有如果和seller在这个inspection补偿费用上谈不拢，是不是agent可以牺牲一部分
？agent给我们的rebate只能用于closing cost？那我们更希望直接变房价了。
