（1） EB1B 140 approve 之后，可不可以自己file 485.需要雇主在 485上签字吗？
（2）还有，在file 485 期间可不可以换工作？
请有经验的回答一下吧。有包子答谢。

可以，不需要雇主签字

2种说法：1）交了485后180天就可以换工作； 2）拿到绿卡后180天后可以换工作。你
可以多问些别的高手或律师。

hehe, it's the timing when you asked questions. Still, Big Cong for your 140
approval.
485 can be done by ourselves, and there are many lists on this board. You
don't need sponsorship, per se, from the company, but you need an employment
letter from your company. Some people use the same letter that they used
for 140 for 485, then they get an RFE. You'd better get a new letter,
although almost of the same contents.
About changing jobs, pjiang talked a lot about it. You can find that out.

a.交了485后180天就可以换工作；It is better for the new job to be in similar
area as the old one.
b.拿到绿卡后0天后可以换ANY工作。
